Passive Design: Southern facing home, extended operable glazing to improve cross ventilation, external shading devices to Western Elevation.

Windows and Glazing: Timber single glazed windows to heritage and basix requirements. External Vertical shading devices for west facing windows.

Building Materials: Recycled bricks used from existing building. New timber framing and high density insulation to attic roof space.

Lighting: LED lighting in all new fixtures.
